At Gilham-Martin Media, we aim to provide high-quality photography, videography, prints, and workshops. This policy explains when refunds, returns, or exchanges may apply.
Services (Photography & Videography)
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. They secure your booking date and cover administrative costs.
Cancellations by Client: Payments (beyond deposits) may be refundable at our discretion if cancellations are made with sufficient notice. If less than [X days] notice is given, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations by Us: If we must cancel due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a reschedule or a full refund.
Editing Style: Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with editing style, as this is part of our creative process (samples and portfolio are available before booking).
Digital Products (Downloads, Presets, Workshop Materials)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges are available once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed.
Workshops & Training
Client Cancellations: Workshop bookings are non-refundable.
Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your booking to a future workshop (subject to availability and agreement).
Our Cancellations: If we cancel or reschedule, you may choose a refund or transfer to another session.
Prints & Physical Products
We take care to produce and package prints/products to a high standard.
Damaged/Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, as prints are made to order.
